Creative Conceptual Shoot with Dawndra Photo - Seattle Fine Art Photographer

It was such an absolute pleasure to work with Calah.

She came to me to document a very important time in her life, she turned 30 AND she had just lost 200 pounds. Talk about transformation. She deserved to feel beautiful and powerful.

The black dress and cape were hers, and I brought my trusty red wrap dress, some hot tea, my gear, and a bag of props. We lucked out with the weather bigtime, we shot this on New Years Day. Very Fitting for the theme.

We set out to capture Calah in all of her beauty with a conceptual photoshoot, and I have to say we are both pretty proud of what we made. Thank you Calah! And thank you to your mom as well for tagging along. An extra set of hands is invaluable.
