Life Seeking fuller expression.

This lovely woman came to me for some art therapy. She told me that she hadn’t felt beautiful in long while. After a terrible break up, she was ready to end toxic patterns and cleans the past.

Our session was to symbolize rebirth, a life seeking fuller expression. To step outside of yourself and really look at yourself with open arms, and then then to dive inward. Transform.

During our shoot , we talked about everything from relationships, food, animal rights. drinking. Personal and deep, light and funny.

I can’t believe how much I have already learned from meeting Nicole. Art is such an exchange of energies.

Everyone possesses beauty no matter your shape size color, you just have to see it.

Nicole is currently working on becoming a master herbalist and finished a course on organic skincare and cosmetic chemistry through Heart of Herbs.
