I took these words off of Rhiannon’s business website Motherline Magic. Rhiannon specializes in disrupting familial trauma, finding sisterhood and liberating your mothering. She is a birth worker and grief alchemist here in Washington State. What an honor to work my magic on a magic worker. Witches supporting witches, woman supporting woman. The heart and core of what I do.

Here is a look inside our shoot, where we fought through the weird energy of this day -and created some art together. We shot these images on Alki Beach in West Seattle, and in the forest of nearby Lincoln Park. This is my favorite park and I like to joke that it’s “my studio” as I spend EVERY morning walking the trails with my beloved dog Ezme, who joined us on this shoot.
